Booking & Cancellation Policy
These default terms are designed to secure the operating aircraft promptly and give enough time to complete operator payment before departure. Your final booking confirmation will state the exact deposit percentage, payment deadlines and operator-specific conditions.
A non-refundable deposit is payable immediately to confirm the aircraft. The exact percentage will be stated in the written quotation and booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be cleared no later than five calendar days before departure, allowing time for operator settlement and payment processing.

Operator variability: Aircraft are sourced from multiple licensed operators, each of whom may apply different or stricter payment and cancellation terms. The operator-specific terms confirmed in writing at the time of booking will apply to that charter and will take precedence over this default schedule where they differ.
