A deposit confirms your Cessna Caravan charter. The schedule below sets out what's retained if a confirmed booking is cancelled, timed to keep your booking secure right up to departure.
Deposit & balance: A non-refundable deposit of 20–30% of the total charter value is due at booking to confirm your aircraft. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before departure.

Deposit only (20–30%) is retained. No further charge.
7–13 Days
50% of the total charter value is retained.
4–6 Days
60% of the total charter value is retained.
1–3 Days
80% of the total charter value is retained.
